The Nine Auspicious Nights of The Divine Mother...1

Before you start reading this please note that Respected Mr. Pawan Sinha is organizing a Mahayagya for Pitru Dish Nivaran in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on Oct 15, 2012. Please use this opportunity:

This year Navratri (the 9 days of worship of Divine Mother) will start from Oct 15, 2012 (In India at around 6pm in the evening on this date, you can find the dates relevant your location based on the time difference) I thought of jotting down my thoughts and the things that I have learnt from Mr. Pawan Sinha's lectures so that people reading this blog can be benefited. I found following links on the Internet which depict the importance of the Navratri. Please go through them to better understand Navratri and its importance:

Even though one of the articles mentions that Navratri occurs twice the year (once in March-April and other in September-October), I must make it clear that actually it occurs 4 times. The other two occur in January-February and June-July. These are called Gupt (Secret) Navratras. For the exact dates, please refer a panchang or a ephemeris. They are no less than in significance, but just less known.

I would also like to mention here that even though these nine nights people worship the Divine Mother in various forms, they can do some other things too. For example, one entire reading of SriRamCharitManas could also be done. The book has divisions such as it can be finished in 9 days.

These 9 days are very very important, specially if you are facing major hurdles in your life due to malefic planets. If you have problems arising from Pitru Dosh or other doshas in your chart, this is the time that you can utilize to please ALL, and this 'all' includes all! Many entangled issues of your life can be straightened. If you have a burning desire to achieve something in life, you can pray for that, and there is a good chance that you will get it. But the desire must be legible.

To be continued...
