The Navamansha Chart - D9...4

Now something that many people reading the blog might be waiting for, your life partner/ your husband/ your wife/your spouse. What will he/she be like? And how lucky will you be for your partner? Here, the word partner mostly indicates someone with whom you share majority of your life, besides your parents of-course. 

So, we use the seventh house of your D1 chart to determine how your spouse will be. Besides this, in a boy's chart the placement of Venus is of extreme importance. If Venus is well placed in D1 and D9 charts, be sure that your wife will be a dedicated and good looking and someone whom you can trust for a whole lifetime. I have already indicated in earlier posts when a planet is well placed:

1. Exalted - Venus is exalted in Pisces

2. Located in own house - in Taurus or Libra

3. In a friend's house - Gemini, Capricorn or Aquarius. 

4. Under aspect of benefics such as Jupiter, Moon and Mercury

5. Under aspect from friends of the ascendant in D1

Similarly in a girl's chart (D1 and D9) Jupiter and/or Mars must be well placed. 

1. Jupiter is exalted in Cancer, while Mars in Capricorn

2. Jupiter's own houses - Sagittarius and Pisces

     Mars's own houses - Aries and Scorpio

3. Jupiters friends are - Mars (Aries and Scorpio) and Sun (Leo)

    Mars' friends are - Jupiter (Sagittarius and Pisces) and Sun (Leo)

Combinations of Wealth (Dhan yoga)...5

More examples:

6. When the combination forms in 8th house, the gains happens through sudden acquiring of wealth through in-laws or secret activities.

7. When the combination forms in 4th house, the money is gained through mother, real estate and vehicles.

8. When the combination occurs in 7th house, the money is acquired through one's spouse, partnership business etc.

9. When the combination happens in 12th house, the native will acquire wealth through foreign lands, long distance travels, foreigners or spiritual activities.

10. When the combination is in 6th house, you will gain money through your maternal uncles, enemies or providing service to the society.

All the above combinations that I have described in past 5 posts must be looked in D1 chart, D9 chart and also the D3 chart. 

Combinations of Wealth (Dhan yoga)...4

In the previous post I said - It will get activated when the mahadasha and antardasa of planets involved starts. Even during the pratyantar dasha of the planets trigger such wealth gains. 

The next big question is how?

Well, this relates to the house or place where the dhan yoga is formed.

Examples:

1. When dhan yoga is formed in 2nd house (then is it gain of money from family).

2. When it is formed in 5th house then money is gained through speculative business, children, sports etc.

3. When it is formed in the 9th house then money is gained through spiritual activities.

4. When it is formed in 11th house, the person gains through his friends, or career or senior siblings.

5. When the combination is formed in 3rd house the money is achieved through younger siblings and travels.

Accidents...4

Following combinations also define accidents in some form:

1. If in the Leo ascendant Moon is present along with the Sun(master of Leo) and Rahu sits in 12th, it can define sudden severe accident, which can be life threatening.

2. Mars, Saturn and Ketu form a conjunction in 7th house of spouse in D1 or D9 chart then the native's spouse can commit suicide or have a fatal accident.

3. The conjunction of Saturn and Mars in 8th house in Gemini, Libra or Aquarius can cause accident by fire.

4. The Lord of 7th is present with Mars and Saturn (or under aspect of both if them), then an accident is inevitable.

Most of the time these accidents or mishaps can occur when the Mahadasa/Antardasa or Pratyantar of the the lords of 2nd, 6th, 7th or 8th house lords is going on.

All the above combinations that have been described above must be considered after noting the aspect/conjunction of benefics/yogkarakas/friends with the ascendant lord and/or the combination described.

Special Aspects of Outer Planets...5

And what happens when Saturn is good? That's will be my example with Saturn exalted in Libra which is the current location of Saturn till Nov 1, 2014. It is will be golden days since Jupiter will be exalted in Cancer from Jun 19, 2014 and at the same time Saturn will also be exalted. Rare event in fact! So kids during that time will be blessed by the Jupiter as well as Saturn. This will specially be beneficial if the ascendant of the children can be Cancer, Libra, Capricorn or Aries! 

If Saturn is good (specially when it forms the Shasha Yoga),  it is located in Libra, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Taurus (in center - 1,4,7,10) then the person can be elevated to the levels of a Vice President or may be some decision taking Director at least to say! When Saturn is good, it gives the person the wisdom to rule over others and govern and guide them. After all, it is the son of ruler of the astrological chart - The Sun!  You will go to West (as compared to your birthplace) and flourish there. So Saturn influences 4 houses as shown below:

As you can see Saturn influences the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 10th houses. Hence it will present its delays with respect to younger siblings and short journeys (house 3), marriage (house 7) and job (house 10). Delays only, denial only in rare cases! The 3 houses are center houses (which are most important for a native) so Saturn if placed in center, does more harm/good to the native than any other planet even gets chance to!

The Houses of your Vedic chart...House 7

The seventh house is the 7th from ascendant when counted anti-clockwise. If the master of 7th house is present in exaltation or in own house, specially if in center (1,4,7,10) or in trine (1,5,9), it will give native good results. The 7th house is also called the Kalatra Sthan (the house of your wife/spouse/relationships). This house is of utmost importance since it represents one of the most important aspects of one's life. One's life partner is someone with whom you share a lot of things, and some of them you don't share with anyone else in this world. So, it is very necessary that the lord of 7th house is in good position and it must be taken into consideration only 2nd to 1st house. One must definitely work towards strengthening the lord of 7th house. 

The 7th house mostly signifies the following:

1. Your life partner/spouse etc.

2. Your relationships in general

3. Partnerships and Business (people other than the native and native's relationship with them)

4. Friends and specifically the world in which you move around

5. Large intestine, rectum, uterus, ovaries and testes

6. Prostate gland, seminal vesicle, urethra, anal canal, and semen

7. Sexual union

8. Influence, success and reputation in foreign travels.

It is through the 7th house that the native perceives other people. During the dasa, antardasa of the Lord of 7th house, you will see the above significations of 7th house, taking prominence in your life. The number of planets present in 7th house can actually indicate the number of people with whom you can have a 'serious' relationship. The prediction of marriage/serious relationship can also be done by looking at the master of 7th house, its dasa, antardasa or any planet affecting it or 7th house. The same is valid for transits too. The relationships are also considered via the divisional chart D9. The 7th house in D9 will indicate the nature of your partner. It will also indicate the stability of your relationship.

9. If you have access to you D60 chart (if you can make your chart using JHora software) then following can be considered:

Note - D60 chart actually shows the things that you are bringing in to your current life from your past life. The time of your chart must be accurate if you need an accurate D60.

a) If with Moon, Rahu/Ketu are present, then your marriage will be unstable in this life because of external factors/people. For example, there might be people who don't want to see you happy together, so they will cause misunderstandings between you are and your partner and they will be successful to some extent. You need to eliminate such elements from your life, and you will hence be happy!

b) If in a boys chart he has a weak Venus (in enemies house or debilitated), it means that he misbehaved with his wife (due to N reasons), so he must be compensate with his current partner in this life. In such case he must need to change himself.

c) Similarly in a girl's chart, if she has a weak Mars and/or Jupiter, she must have misbehaved/done wrong to her partner in previous life. So, now is the time for her to rectify herself!

So, you can see that there are several combinations which can destabilize a relationship. But if you are really serious about your married life, you can strengthen your lord of 7th house and also Ve, Ma or Ju as applicable to gain confidence in your relationship! All the best!

7. If in a girl's D9 chart she has a good Mars and/or Jupiter (own house, exalted or in friend's house), however big problems she is facing with her partner, things will finally settle down and bring in happiness in her life.

8. Similarly in a boys chart, even if his Venus is weak in D1, if Ve is showing gain in strength in D9 chart (own house, exalted or in friend's house), then definitely, things will turn out to be good as the time will pass.

4. If the master of 7th house in D1 chart is weak, but in D9 it is strong, OR, the master of 7th house in D9 chart is strong, then the marriage might initially have some ups and downs, but slowly things will settle down.

5.In a girl's chart it is strength of Mars and Jupiter that actually determines the stability in marriage, besides the lord of 7th house. Same thing is valid for boys. They must have a good Venus such that their marriage is stable and they get support from their wife.

6. Just to take an example, if someone has Cancer ascendant, and with Mars sitting in first house, then the native will not feel settled in his/her married life till he/she turns 32.

Even though the subject says about stability, I will write also about the combinations of successful and happy marriages. It does not matter whether whether you had a love marriage or an arranged marriage, you can seek happiness in your marriage/relationship, because everyone deserves to be happy. All relationships have problems, mainly because there are two individuals involved, with two opinions on a single point of attention, so it is normal to have problems in married life, but finally something which can help you is your faith in each other and also, love for each other!

I am not going to talk about separation here!

Now percolating down to combinations which give a stable and happy marriage; they are as follows:

1. The strength of master of Lord of 7th house is biggest determiner as far as happiness in marriage is considered. 

2. If the master of 7th house is weak, in an enemy's house, under influence of malefic planets, definitely, you are going to see problems in your relationships in general, specially in love relationships.

3. If the master of 7th house is in 6th house (12th from 7th) or in 12th house, then it will bring at least some loss in your married life. 

Combinations of Arranged Marriages...2

4. Mostly, an arranged marriage happens when the Lord of ascendant does not have any relationship with Lord of 7th house. This actually means that they must not be together in single house, must not aspect each other mutually, and must not be in exchange (which means that Lord of ascendant in 7th house and Lord of 7th house in ascendant). 

5. When the lord of the ascendant is in 9th house, lord of 9th house is in 10th house with 10th lord  and the 7th lord in 11th house then an arranged marriage takes place.

6. If lord of the ascendant is in 6th house in an exalted state and the lord of 6th house is in ascendant with the lord of 10th house then also an arranged marriage takes place for the native.

7. All the combinations must also be checked with D9 chart too.

Now, since I have addressed this with so much of sincerity, methinks I must also address the combinations of Arranged Marriages too, which are still quite prevalent too, specially in India! So, with the marriage season on, and the new year commencing, here I go...

Also, note one more thing, even if you have got a very good partner in your love marriage, the factors on which the stability and happiness of individuals in the marriage depends on, they are completely different from the factors (or planets) which influence your marriage. This is one basic reason people complain that after marriage - 'you have changed'. I will write on that in later post.

1. None of the combinations in the above 4 posts must exist, sans the romance part, when your Venus aspects the 5th house or 11th house house of your chart! It only gives you temporary romance, unless supported by master of 7th, which can convert the relationship into love marriage! 

2. As said in the above posts, it is the master of 7th house which has the final say in your marriage prospects. We must also consider the lordship of 7th house of your D9 (Navamsha) chart. 

3. If the Lord of 7th house is in 3rd house, 6th house, 10th house, 11th house or ascendant,  then an arranged marriage takes place.

Combinations for Love Marriage...4

14. Whenever Venus comes in your 5th house or aspects 5th house, you will have romantic outings with someone. Here I am talking about Venus in transit.

15. Moon also signifies romance (the word 'lunatic'). If Moon is also good along with Venus, the relationship will lead to marriage. The person will be capable of writing romantic poetry.

16. If Jupiter is involved along with Venus through exchange/conjunction etc., the person will be an ideal lover. If Jupiter is too strong, then he/she will expect his/her partner to be ideal too.

17. If Venus as the master of 5th, 7th or 11th is in exchange with master of 5th, 7th or 11th, the relationship will consummate in love marriage. In such a case ascendant must also be strong and unaffiliated with any malefic.

18. Benefic planets in 5th or 7th house and their lord in relation with strong Venus (exchange/conjunction/aspect) is the key for a successful love marriage.

19. Also, if Jupiter aspects Venus, the person will be an ideal lover. If the 7th house is also involved, the relationship will lead to marriage.

20. In all the above cases ascendant lord must be strong. If it is strong enough the native will have the strength to propose to his/her love. If a strong Mars is also involved, the native will be capable of demonstrating love in public. If Sun is also involved and positive, the native will be able to say out his/her love loud. 

Combinations for Love Marriage...3

9. If Venus is present in ascendant along with the master of ascendant, love marriage is inevitable. Again, it is preferable that Venus is friend of ascendant (for example Gemini, Virgo, Capricorn, Aquarius). The person will someone loving at an early age and the relationship will go up to marriage.

10. If Moon is present in Taurus, Scorpio, Capricorn or Pisces, along with Venus, master of 7th or ascendant, the relationship can lead to marriage. 

11. When Jupiter is involved in the above factors, the marriage partner will belong to your own community.

12. When Rahu/Saturn is/are involved in the above factors, the marriage partner will be outside of your community.

13. If the ascendant lord is under the aspect of lord of 7th, your partner will love you a lot, will respect you for what you are and encourage you in everything that you undertake. Also, he/she will play an influencing role in your life.

Combinations for Love Marriage...2

4. When Venus sits in the first house, the native gets lot of attention from the people of opposite gender. In such a case, if Venus is a friend to the ascendant, there is a good chance that the relationship will culminate in marriage, otherwise, if Venus is enemy of the ascendant, then there might be several long and short relationships, which will just cause mental turmoil and go no where. 

5. When Venus is placed along with Moon or is present in the 5th house from the Moon, a relationship can culminate in marriage.

6. If the Venus as lord of 5th is in exchange/aspect with 3rd house along with a relationship between ascendant and master of 7th, the romantic relationship will lead to marriage.

7. If the Lord of 7th and ascendant are in a relationship by aspect/exchange/conjunction etc., the relationship will lead to marriage. Venus must also support this.

8. If the master of 7th sits in 5th house, there is a possibility of love marriage.

Combinations for Love Marriage...1

I know this is quite an interesting topic to discuss. Many people who are in an affair/relationship would like to know about their future whether they will be able to get married to the partner of their choice. So here is what I have learnt from different sources. Note that these combinations just indicate a love marriage and do not ensure the marital bliss or stability of marriage there after. That is a further topic and depends on totally different factors.

1. Overall the benefics (Moon, Venus, Mercury and Jupiter) must be well placed. Atleast one of these must be well placed, preferably in center (houses 1,4,7,10) or corner (1,5,9). The Lord of the ascendant must also be strong.

2. Venus naturally signifies Love and Relationship. If it is the master of 5th house (the house of romance), it will give you a romantic nature and a good chance to indulge in romance in your life. 

3. If the Venus as the master of 5th house is present in 7th house, your romantic relationship will culminate in marriage, specially if master of 7th house is under aspect of/in conjunction with Venus.
