9. If Venus is present in ascendant along with the master of ascendant, love marriage is inevitable. Again, it is preferable that Venus is friend of ascendant (for example Gemini, Virgo, Capricorn, Aquarius). 10. If Moon is present in Taurus, Scorpio, Capricorn or Pisces, along with Venus, master of 7th or ascendant, the relationship can lead to marriage.
